Lettings legislation has changed and our Head of Lettings, Martine explains in her latest blog what Written Statements are.
The Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, replaces the existing legislation from the Housing Act 2004 with a new tenancy structure for Wales. Martine Harris, our Head of Lettings will be taking you through the main changes and what this means to Landlords and Tenants.
We regularly negotiate with statutory undertakers for the installation, repair, replacement and maintenance of pipelines, cables and fixtures.
