As well as RICS Home Surveys and Building Surveys we also provide bespoke residential property valuation reports for a range of purposes:-

Inheritance Tax Valuations

Professional valuations of properties are often required in calculating the probate value of an Estate for inheritance tax purposes. An Estate Agent's opinion should not be relied upon for such an important and official purpose; a valuation from an RICS Registered Valuer should be sought.

Matrimonial Valuations

An expert report prepared by an RICS Registered Valuer is often required in assessing the value of the family home in divorce proceedings. We fully understand the duties of an expert in these sensitive cases and can provide a full service from provision of the initial report to appearance in court proceedings if required.

Loan Security Valuations

Banks, Building Societies and other lending institutions commonly extend loans (i.e mortgages) on residential properties and therefore require valuations to ensure that the property offers suitable security. We provide such valuations to most of the High Street Banks and Building Societies as well as more bespoke lenders. Each lender will have their own specific reporting requirements but please contact our office to speak to a Registered Valuer if you would like to discuss the process.

Bespoke Valuations

There may be times when you will require a valuation for a very specific reason. This may be in connection with future tax planning, property investment advice, a property dispute or a host of other reasons. We have a team of highly experienced Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers who will be able to advise and assist you with whatever requirements you may have.
