David attended Swansea University where he studied a BA in Business Management achieving a 2:1 degree. After graduating in May 2013, he joined an indepedent Chartered Surveying & Estate Agency called Brinsons, based in Caerphilly, as a Residential Sales Negotiator, quickly progressing to become Manager at their Cardiff office. David was a Residential Sales & Lettings Manager at their Cowbridge office. Born and brought up in the locality, upon the merger with David Birt & Co, and subsequent rebrand to Harris & Birt, David became a Director of the firm alongside Richard Harris. David offers extensive local knowledge and property expertise to homeowners throughout South Wales. David is an associate member of the RICS and is Rent Smart Wales accredited - whilst David specialises in Residential Sales & Lettings, he is also an RICS Registered Valuer. In his spare time he is a keen sportsman and enjoys rugby (playing for his country at age grade level), as well being a member and 2nd Team Captain at Wenvoe Castle Golf Club. David is also a proud Old Millfieldian, attending Millfield School between 2008 - 2010.
