Stephanie was educated at Cowbridge Comprehensive School and worked in a number of customer facing roles within the hotel industry prior to joining Fairfax & Co as personal assistant to Allan Fairfax. Stephanie stayed with the practice when it joined the Harris & Birt family and in April 2022 she was promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator and Valuer in our Residential Sales department.  Having grown up locally in St Hilary, Stephanie brings an abundance of local knowledge to her role and still resides in the Vale of Glamorgan.
